It was reassuring to find an emergency room prepared when my room wasn't ready, as it was not cleaned or stocked with essentials. On the downside, the overall maintenance seemed lacking, which detracted from the experience.

The hotel with beautifully maintained and well furnished rooms, in a resort area, to ski slopes. Wonderful location, within a walking distance of everywhere. Nice stay in the one night.

Everything was simply nice. Well, it was an excellent stay in the one night. Good-sized and fairly quiet room with a murphy bed, a sofabed plus plush mattresses, the staff was outstandingly accommodating, whenever I needed help. The property's location was particularly good and gorgeous, in South Lake Tahoe.

I had a fun stay, especially enjoying the cozy fireplace in my room and the lovely hot tub when it was working! There were great relaxation spots like the sauna and a peaceful lounge area. The bathroom door could use an update, but overall, I had a nice time 😊

I loved the location. It's really beautiful and right near outdoor activities. Check-in was easy, and the chat with staff at the front desk was pleasant. They were super friendly and helpful. My main issue was the lack of air conditioning. My room was like an oven at 81 degrees every night. Even with the windows open, it didn't cool down much. The hallways were even hotter. Plus, there was no staff available after 4:30 PM, hard to get help. The spa wasn't working either. I didn't sleep well because of the heat and lack of amenities, but the place has potential if they address these issues.

The two-bedroom townhouse was super cozy with a fireplace and kitchen for cooking meals. We had cable channels and a nice balcony overlooking the slopes. It was great having a private bathroom and a shower available. The wireless internet. The hot tub was awesome after skiing.

Couple on a ski trip
The ski-in and ski-out was super easy and that's like the highlight of the stay. The room was cozy enough and had a useful sink with a microwave for quick meals.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still tolerable.
